Vic Donovan has more than 30 years experience in commercial real
estate, commercial property management and development with several
major national real estate / development firms and or brokerage
companies. His experience covers companies including Perini
Corporation and Perini Investment Properties where he managed the
leasing, tenant improvement construction, operations and marketing of
over 1,500,000 square feet in multiple high and mid rise office towers
and mixed use facilities.  He has also performed similar duties with
PM Realty in managing 2,000,000 square feet of medical office
properties in Las Vegas.  While with PM, Donovan directed the
management, leasing, rehab,retrofit and restoration tenant
improvements for the complete portfolio which significantly drove up
the values of all properties.  He successfully planned and implemented
national office development strategies in 14 states and 3 countries
for an international Internet company and he directed the development
of an over 12 million dollar high-security data center complex
networking offices in Las Vegas, New York, Detroit, San Francisco, Los
Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta and Miami.

Donovan then returned to Colliers International where he had once been
an office broker and took the post of Director of Project/Property
Management in 1998, and in 2001 he became Managing Partner.  He then
assumed the role of Senior Managing Partner for Colliers International
in 2007 where he directed the efforts of all commercial brokers and
property managers in Las Vegas.  As Senior Managing Partner Donovan
oversaw offices in Reno and Las Vegas and participated in the
management of the 14 office Colliers Parrish  company until 2008.  He
served as Broker of Record of both the Reno and Las Vegas  Colliers
offices during his time there.

A Nevada Real Estate Licensed Broker, Donovan currently does only
free-lance commercial real estate projects where his most recent work
has been with locating and negotiating a 15,000 square foot lease on
